Another wonderful Pagan Pride Day. Perfect weather, fine drummers and a great crowd turned out for the Spiral Dance.

Persephone Rising

The snow kept me home from priestessing ritual tonight, though I was able to send my Persephone story to the group with Martin and Sarah, who passed it around and had everyone read a paragraph or two. Since it was written in Persephone's voice, passing it around gave everyone a chance to speak as her, which I think is lovely.

I am breathing, I am willing, I am open
I am stepping out into the unknown
I am walking though uncertain, I am willing
I listen to the yearning of my soul.
